Park opened in 2017, owned by the Parish Council of Lanheses. It has tables, parking and barbecues, so it is an ideal place to have a picnic or to practice sports, leisure activities or even enjoy good moments of rest at the foot of Lima. Good access and shade, with signage. It is located in a transitional ecosystem between the river and the lake, with extensive biodiversity in the form of flora and fauna (presence of numerous species of native trees).

Very close to the park area is the Lanheses pier, which can be reached by following the trail. On the other side of the river, the bathing area of A Moreira (in Geraz do Lima) and the chapel of São João. As a curiosity, and according to the times, there is a wooden swing (named as Lanheses), in case anyone wants to take a picture.
